"I would like to thank all at Sunrise Honda for all your help (I felt like I was at home) I was on my way to Tulsa on I-40 east of Little Rock when I had a flat on the rear on my Wing
I walked the bike to the next exit and found a hotel with a breezeway. I was not there five minutes when a nasty storm came through I got a phone book and found Sunrise Honda (this is about 5 pm ) The girl at Sunrise got in touch with her driver who was in the area, he called me said he was on his way to me but he had to pull over because of the hail hitting his window. 10 min. later called, he was back on the road . We loaded my bike & trailer on his trailer. We were leaving for Sunrise when a local cop pulled us over and gave the driver a ticket for not having a plate on his trailer (I think she needed to protect and serve) We got to Sunrise about 1 1/2 hr. later. The owner met us and helped us unload, gave me and my wife a ride to a hotel and made sure we had a room. Next morning I called and they were putting on two new tires. I was back on the road by 10 am. If anyone ever needs anything in Ark. for your bike, I suggest you call Sunrise.

"From the first time I ever talked on the phone to Roger, I knew that I had made the right choice by calling Sunrise. Roger was a wonderful man and worked with me for over 2 months trying to find me a price that I liked, on the 4 wheeler of my choice. He finally got me an awesome deal on a brand new 08 Honda Rancher 420. I couldn't pass it up. While we were there everyone was so nice to us, Roger helped us out so much. Ben made everything very easy on us in the financing area and the people in the Service department also gave us great details on how to keep our atv up and running!! We just went today for a problem we were having with the rear-end and they had it fixed within 2 hours of it being there, they were really nice, and seemed excited to be able to work on our atv for us. "Would just like to say thanks to your service department, especially Ian and the mechanics. I brought in two tires for mounting and balancing of which were not purchased at your facility. The fact these items weren't purchased at your facility made no difference to the staff. I was still treated with courtesy and prompt service. Had problems with the tires balancing and had to have them redone a couple of times until it was decided I may have defective tires. At no time did Ian or the mechanics show any impatience at having to repeat the procedures. The company from which I purchased the tires is sending me another set and I will be coming back to Sunrise for the excellent service. I've purchased these tires on line to save a little money but now wish I hadn't. Once I get this tire debacle over with I'll purchase my tires from Sunrise from now on and forgo the on line hassle, you don't really save any money in the long run. Had I purchased the tires from Sunrise to start with I wouldn't be having these problems because your staff would have had it resolved that day. I did purchase my VFR 800 from Sunrise back in July of 08 and am very pleased with this bike!"

The guy that loaded it up and went over the bike with me was great. All the other places I've purchased new vehicles from I got a jacket, t-shirt or a hat, not here. My frineds and I drove to Searcy on one of the busiest Saturday mornings that you could imagine. We were immediately greeted by your staff, introduced to the salesman we had talked to and shown great care and courtesy by all. Granted it did take several hours to get the purchases of our scooters and accessories completed (due to the large turnout for your sale). But we were never ignored or forgotten, your staff would check on us as they continued their hectic day.

"Wow! Where do we begin, it has been a month since we purchased our 2007 Honda Gold Wing with the Audio / Comfort / Navi package from Dustin at Sunrise Honda Motorsports!
I had been looking at motorcycles and had even been shopping on line trying to get a decent deal on a used Gold Wing. I was biting at the bit and my wife knew I was breaking. I wanted a new Gold Wing and I wanted it now! Now, if you know my wife, she is a woman who likes to get things done. Robin called Sunrise Honda and asked to speak to the General Manager. No questions asked, this pleasant voice said let me page him for you. Dustin picked up the phone and Robin explained that we lived two hours from there and wanted to purchase a Gold Wing; however, we did not want to make a trip to Searcy if the answer was a no! Now, let me state, we just purchased a new car two weeks before so things were questionable.
My wife, Robin, called Dustin mid morning, July 5, 2007 to inquire about the Gold Wing. After several phone calls, additional information, and a lot of THANK YOUS, Dustin called later that day to say, Yes! We set up a time for the next day at 5:00 P.M. to pick up THE bike.
Well, needless to say, when we arrived at the dealership with all the bikes, colors, choices, and packages we were stuck! We thought. Dustin had already pre-approved our credit to buy THE GOLD WING and now we were asking for a lot more Gold Wing at the last minute. Dustin did not hesitate through it all. He said, let me make a phone call and see what we can do.
Dustin was absolutely wonderful! He is the hero of the year. Dustin had our credit re-approved so I could get the bike of my dreams. Robert Etheridge in finance was extremely courteous and friendly. Robert made sure all the T’s were crossed and the I’s dotted. Robert shared with us both how hard Dustin had worked to make sure that we were able to get the bike we wanted.
What I want to share with you is we had called and inquired about another Honda at the dealership in Russellville. What we received there was a NO. We did not even receive a courtesy phone call to say otherwise. Robin had shared this experience about the other dealership with Dustin and he was determined to get us a Gold Wing.
Sondra Jones, who is the C.S.R. was also a great inspiration. She was friendly, enthusiastic, and just a delight to be around. She made sure we had literature and ideas on how to dress our bike out. Sondra, thank you! Frank, in the Service Department, went over every detail about our new purchase. It was late, he was tired. We were tired. And Frank still meticulously with a smile and love for what he does, made sure that I knew and understood every feature of my new bike. God bless you, Frank!
I drove off the lot that Friday night with utter disbelief. I am still happy and love my bike! Robin and I have put on more than 1,300 miles and have honestly loved every moment on the bike.
I have ridden motorcycles off and on all my life; however, there is nothing quite like the experience you have when riding a Gold Wing. I laugh and tell people that my wife has the best seat in the house. The back seat! We love the bike!

"I was heading back home to Louisburg, NC. on my 2006 Goldwing and my Navigation system had stop displaying the back road. The only road display was the main roads. I had sunrise service department work on trying to get the reader to work, but they had little success. So they did something that surprised me. They pull a new Gold Wing alongside mine and change out the reader and told me have a save trip home.
I have been telling everyone about Sunrise Honda in Searcy, Arkansas.
